The smartphone was launched in India in May this year with a price tag of Rs. 9,999. Later, the smartphone received a price and was available at Rs.8,999. The ZenFone Live is the world's first smartphone to feature a hardware-optimized, real-time beautification technology with the BeautyLive app. Later, Asus gave it a Rs.1,000 price cut, bringing the price down to Rs.8,999. As per the company's claims, it can capture "beautiful" selfies as well as remove blemishes in real-time.

The key USP of the Asus ZenFone Live is its Live Beautification feature that lets you apply a beauty filter in real time when livestreaming on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and even YouTube.
