Cleveland Browns fire executive VP of football operations Sashi Brown
It makes sense for Jackson to throw support behind his players and coaching stuff during this time of upheaval, basically. This strategy has acquired the Browns many picks but has also passed on the likes of Carson Wentz and Deshaun Watson.

Chatwood, who turns 28 next week, was 8-15 with a 4.69 ERA in 33 appearances, including 25 starts, for Colorado past year. Only three-time Cy Young Award victor Clayton Kershaw (2.16) has a better road ERA mark over the last two seasons.

That indicates clear room for improvement for Chatwood, a groundball pitcher who now has the benefit of pitching in front of one of the game's best infield defenses. In 2017 he was 8-15 with a 4.69 ERA and 120 strikeouts. On the road, he recorded a 3.49 ERA and held foes to a.200 batting average. By comparison, Chatwood owned a 5-7 mark with a 3.49 ERA in 16 games on the road. Since returning from his second career Tommy John surgery in 2016, he threw 305 2/3 innings with a 4.27 ERA (115 ERA+) for the Rockies.

It is one of fewer than 20 paintings generally accepted as being from the Renaissance master's own hand, according to Christie's. People gather around Leonardo da Vinci's " Salvator Mundi " at Christie's auction rooms in London on October 24.

A second-round Draft pick by the Angels in 2008, Chatwood was traded to the Rockies in November 2011 for catcher Chris Iannetta. Mike Montgomery will once again prepare as a starter in spring training and fill a rotation role as needed. He played for Colorado a year ago.
