John Cena Posts Instagram Photo In Relation To Being Sued By Ford

Ford is suing American pro wrestler John Cena for selling his Ford GT sports-car too early and making a profit.

Cena also purchased one of the coolest Ford cars ever made, the new Ford GT.

It looks to have gotten a bit messy, though. No one was quite 100 percent sure that was his vehicle because in the footage, which was filmed at a Ford dealership, he seemed to deliberately mention "a" Ford GT instead of calling it his.

Why do you think John Cena sold his Ford GT? Maybe Cena will have an (oho!) attitude adjustment.

Ford says it included this clause as it expected a higher demand than it was prepared to meet in terms of Ford GT production.

Maybe he was hoping that Ford, err, can't see him.

This stock has garnered attention of analysts and investors over the past few weeks as the stock has come into mainstream focus. Inverness Counsel Llc increased Wells Fargo Co (NYSE:WFC) stake by 43,922 shares to 487,077 valued at $26.99 million in 2017Q2.

Cena paid just north of $466,000 for a liquid blue coupe with "Dark Energy" interior and then sold it for a profit less than a month later breaking a clause in the contract with Ford that required him to own the auto for at least two years.

The Ford GT was very hard to purchase, not only did you have to have the money to afford the vehicle, you also had to get Ford to agree to allow you the right to purchase the ride.

According to the lawsuit, Ford reached out to Cena and confirmed with the wrestler he had in fact sold the auto to liquidate cash to pay for other expenses. The article continued that after Cena was confronted about selling the auto, he told Ford he would "make it right", but according to the lawsuit, he never did.

"My sincerest apologies", and explained the sale was "for cash to take care of expenses".

Ford wants restitution for that profit, for "damages and losses, including, but not limited to, loss of brand value, ambassador activity, and customer goodwill due to the improper sale", and for attorney and court costs.
