John Mayer hospitalized for emergency appendectomy, concert delayed

According to the band, John Mayer was admitted into the hospital for an emergency appendectomy, forcing them to postpone their December 5 show. He's now undergoing the surgery.

As for Tuesdays show - we're told original tickets will be honored at the new date - and if fans want a refund, they can return to point of purchase.

There's also an active police investigation, according to Pryor, but Anderson has not been arrested or charged. He leads the Sooners with 960 yards rushing and 11 touchdowns and has 283 yards and five touchdowns receiving.
