Buffalo Bills' rookie cornerback Tre'Davious White suffered a concussion in the closing moments of the team's Week 13 matchup with the New England Patriots.

White said today that Gronkowski's hit was unsafe and could have caused a severe injury, and that the NFL's suspsension was woefully inadequate.

It is hard to blame Lewis for this assessment, as Gronkowski's actions were clearly wrong and unnecessary to say the least. My back turned. I could have broken my neck.

Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger argued Wednesday that if Gronkowski's actions were worthy of a one-game suspension, the National Football League should have went easier on Smith-Schuster. Tre'Davious White, who was placed in the concussion protocol Sunday after he was on the receiving end of a dirty hit from Gronkowski, was medically cleared on Thursday. I bit my lip pretty bad.

"The guy did what he wanted to do", White said, via ESPN.com's Mike Rodak. "Awful headache. It is what it is". I mean, I got a son to raise [and] all that. People don't think about that when they react, but that's here or there. "But boy, when you see something like that and it happens right in front of you, me as a quarterback, I might have ran over and gave him a good shot".
