Philippe Coutinho says the prospect of playing with the likes of Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez means his move to Barcelona is a dream come true ahead of his official unveiling.

Coutinho was quoted as saying in The Independent: "We had a great time together (at Liverpool) and we nearly won the Premier League". "I have my goals: To get here, to be happy, win titles and have fun - I only think about that". "I already have a house for him", Suarez said when Barcelona's president, Josep Maria Bartomeu, asked what hotel they would house Coutinho via Daily Mail.

Jurgen Klopp's rotation policy means the Reds have not become overly reliant on one particular combination and the stats show that they have been more successful when Coutinho has not played in 2017-18.

PSG and Real Madrid were also reported to be interested in securing Coutinho's services prior to his move to Barcelona.
