Honor 7X to get face unlock feature via OTA update


The company has announced that the feature will be made available through an upcoming software update, proposedly via Android 8.0 Oreo. This follows the successful launch of the Honor 7X and Honor View10 in London last month.

Huawei announced that the AI-powered Honor View10 will go on sale in overseas markets from 8 January and also presented a limited-edition Honor 7X Red. The smartphone's simple design is certainly going to impress a lot of people, especially in Red.
