I'm willing to talk with North Korean leader, Trump says

The two Koreas have agreed to hold high-level inter-Korean talks at Peace House in Panmunjom on January 9, on Tuesday.

North Korea's agreement to the talks came hours after South Korea and the United States agreed to halt joint military exercises during the Winter Olympics and Paralympics. It will be the first meeting between the two sides since December 2015. Yet as long as Trump is President, Twitter spokesperson and CEO Jack Dorsey said that he does not technically violate the platform's policies against violent threats and exempts government entities from the policy.

US President Donald Trump and his South Korean counterpart Moon Jae-in announced that annual large-scale military drills would take place after the Olympics. "It's a start. It's a big start", Trump said.

"They would be doing no talking".

Kim said in his New Year speech that his country wished success for the Olympics, to be held from Feb 9-25, while Seoul and Washington have chose to delay their annual joint military drills - which always infuriate the North - until after the Games. I'm not messing around.

It is the third-biggest transfer in football history and a club record deal for Barcelona . Suarez said: "Everybody knows about (Coutinho's) quality".

The two Koreas have been separated by the world's most heavily militarised border since the Korean War ended in a stalemate in 1953. "President Trump told President Moon that the United States will send a high-level delegation to the Olympics".

Pressed if she thought the tweet had been a good idea, Haley called it an important part of Trump's policy of heaping "maximum pressure" on the isolated regime. As mentioned in his New Year's Day address, he hopes North Korean delegations in the Pyongyang Winter Olympics can aid further communication and diplomacy.

On Friday, Moon said the Olympics talks would bode well for eventual negotiations between the USA and North Korea, even as he pledged to be firm with Kim's regime.

"So, I'm behind that 100 per cent".

"We want to always remind them we can destroy you, too, so be very cautious and careful with your words and what you do", Ms. Haley told ABC News on Sunday.

Rooney Rule in national team jobs
They were also attacked following the handling of the Eniola Aluko controversy with ex-England women's coach, Mark Sampson. It's named after Dan Rooney, former owner of the Pittsburgh Steelers and former chairman of the NFL's diversity committee.

"Absolutely, I would do that", Trump said, when asked whether he'd be open to a one-to-one conversation.

Seoul picked South Korean Minister of Unification Cho Myoung-gyon as its chief delegate.

Figure skating pair Ryom Tae Ok and Kim Ju Sik are the only North Korean athletes who have qualified.

They missed a deadline last month to accept their spot, although they could still be allowed to participate. Some possible enticements, such as reopening a jointly run industrial park and resuming tourism to North Korea, could undercut United Nations sanctions that were tightened just a few weeks ago.

Trump suggested the talks might lead to an easing of tensions and took credit for the diplomatic breakthrough, saying it was a result of his steady pressure.
