The son of former Packers general manager Ron Wolf, Eliot Wolf arrives in Cleveland after a 14-year stint in Green Bay, where he most recently served as the team's director of football operations.

The younger Wolf, who reportedly had a job opportunity in Oakland with former Packers executive and current general manager Reggie McKenzie, had been the director of football operations in Green Bay since 2016. After leaving the Packers in 1998, Dorsey rejoined the team in 2000 under the same title.
