Ridley Scott 'betrayed and angry' by pay gap

It's not clear if Williams is aware that her co-star was paid more for reshooting the scenes, but she told USA Today in December that she was willing to do what needed to be done for the reshoot. As Kyle Buchanan reported in a profile of her for Vulture, "Williams offered to forgo both her salary and Thanksgiving holiday if it meant the film could make it over the finish line, and the production took her up on both offers".

After much digging, it appears that Williams, as well as many other people who worked on the film, took a massive pay cut as a beacon of gratitude for all the work the shots would take under the circumstances.

Wahlberg left it to his representatives at William Morris Endeavor - which also represents Williams - to negotiate his compensation.

Williams had told USA Today earlier: "I said I'd be wherever they needed me, whenever they needed me".

In the " hide it " mode, you race against the 30-second timer to conceal balloons in the hardest to find places on the board. In " Find It " mode, players have the same amount of time to locate balloons hidden by other players from around the world.

"What he said was, 'I will not approve Christopher Plummer unless you pay me.' And that's how he (expletive) them", says one person.

"On the day after display of female power at the #goldenglobes, I learned that there was an egregious pay gap between Michelle Williams and Mark Wahlberg for the All The Money In The World reshoot", Silverstein tweeted. "It's just been such a odd saga of highs and lows and ups and downs", continued the actress, who was nominated for a Golden Globe for the film.

Director Ridley Scott chose to reshoot scenes from "All the Money in the World" that included Kevin Spacey after the Oscar-winning actor was accused of sexual harassment and assault.

The pay gap issue has proved its severity in the Forbes' World's Highest-Paid Actors list where the top 10 actors raked in nearly $500 million past year while the top 10 women managed only about a third. When it was quickly decided that Imperative Entertainment was going to finance reshoots (Sony did not finance) after Plummer replaced Spacey, Wahlberg was already working on his next project Mile 22. "She deserves more than 1% of her male costar's salary".

New Trump administration tax guidelines rely on workers to double-check their paychecks
Employers are encouraged to implement the new withholding tables expeditiously but should do so no later than February 15, 2018. And that results in a refund when they file their tax returns. "It's taxes simply being called by another name", he said.

Both Williams and Wahlberg earned a daily per diem of $80.

Plummer was brought in after Spacey was accused of sexual assault by multiple men, a decision that director Ridley Scott said was voted on unanimously by the entire cast and crew.

The film "All the Money in the World" didn't live up to its title when it came to paying actress Michelle Williams - an uncomfortable revelation at a time when Hollywood is still trying to find its footing in treating women fairly, experts say. Imperative Entertainment didn't have any more money. She even declined to be paid an additional salary.
