AMAZON'S Alexa has promised to fix a bug which is causing the personal assistant device to make "evil" laughing noises. The feature was initially available on the company's own Echo-branded devices but not anymore. For Fire tablet owners, the process is even easier - instead of opening the app, you can speak your device's Alexa wake word to initiate a call.

Thankfully, Amazon has realized this issue and introduced a new feature called Follow-Up Mode, which makes Alexa listen for a couple of seconds after she has finished speaking. Which includes free two-day shipping, and pretty cheap (usually $3.99) next-day shipping if you need it extra fast.
Air Canada says computer issues have been resolved
At around 11:15 a.m., Victoria Airport reported that Air Canada self-serve check-in kiosks were once again operational. The issues were resolved shortly after 2:00 p.m., but customers were left reeling from the technical meltdown.

According to Cnet.com Amazon has given Alexa the most useful, and the most sensible update. Once you have the app installed on your iOS or Android device, using simple voice commands can allow you to call or text.
