Dolphins plan to move on from Ndamukong Suh, Lawrence Timmons

They traded running back Jay Ajayi to the Philadelphia Eagles mid-season a year ago. The team traded running back Jay Ajayi during the 2017 season, and just last week agreed to a trade sending wide receiver Jarvis Landry to the Cleveland Browns. Suh teased some "exciting news" on Twitter on Monday morning, which would seem to indicate he knew this revelation would hit the National Football League news cycle today. Overall, he's been named First-Team All-Pro four times and appeared in five Pro Bowls during eight seasons with the Lions and Dolphins.

Suh signed a massive six-year, $114.4m contract before the 2015 season and is due to cost $26.1m against the gap in 2018, a huge number given the pass-rushing defensive tackle has failed to live up to expectations since arriving in Miami.

The cryptic message really didn't say much other than he was getting ready to workout but now a new Tweet from Jeff Darlington who is very dialed in to the Dolphins and their plans is saying that Suh could be gone as early as today.

Trump considering ex-Microsoft executive Chris Liddell as top economic adviser
Trump, in a move last week that surprised many of his top advisers, called for stiff tariffs on the import of steel and aluminum. President Trump said that Mr Cohn had "helped to deliver historic tax cuts and reforms" and he thanked him for his service.

Suh made bank the last time he was a free agent. He is ruthless in his pursuit of the quarterback, often times executing cheap shots on the vulnerable opposing signal caller.

In the end, Suh received $60 million in three seasons.

Suh is only 31 years old, so there's no doubt that another team will be interested in his services.

NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships Day 1
The team with the most points at the end of the meet won. "It's a blessing to be a freshman and be able to compete at nationals". The women's competition wasn't almost as close, as OR finished with a remarkable 84 points, 33 more than second-placed Georgia.

According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Dolphins are parting ways with Suh for locker room reasons more than anything else.

Darlington reported all three moves - including the impending release of Suh - are related to a culture change being pushed by head coach Adam Gase.

If the Dolphins do cut Suh, this could be another long and frustrating year for the Dolphins.

Arkansas attack too much for Florida
Among others, SC has beaten SEC co-champ Auburn and also beat those Kentucky Wildcats that thumped Arkansas 87-72 at Walton. The good news for Arkansas: It will have at least four days off before its first-round game in the NCAA Tournament.
