The Packers, meanwhile, have struck out on all the top cornerbacks in free agency, including Kyle Fuller, who agreed to an offer sheet worth $14 million per year (twice what Mathieu will make) but returned to Chicago after the Bears matched the deal. After a relatively surprising release, Tyrann Mathieu is heading to Houston to join Jadeveon Clowney, J.J. Watt, and Deshaun Watson with the Texans.
