Following reports that the U.S. former first lady Barbara Bush has declined further medical treatment for her "failing health", USA television channel CBS News mistakenly published her obituary on Sunday, reported RT. She has been on oxygen for some time.

Having battled chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and congestive heart failure for some time, the former first lady made a decision to focus on comfort care instead of seeking medical care for her ailments.
