Comey: Russians may have info on Trump

Former FBI Director James Comey, once reviled by Hillary Clinton supporters, is solidifying his new incarnation as "hero of liberals" with his new book bashing the Trump administration. Trump's press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said last week that "one of the president's greatest achievements will go down as firing director James Comey" and Trump himself wrote on Twitter over the weekend that Comey "will go down as the WORST FBI Director in history, by far!"

Mr Comey is now a crucial witness for Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into whether President Trump has tried to obstruct the inquiry into Russian interference in the 2016 United States presidential election.

On Sunday, before the ABC interview aired, Comey tweeted that his book draws on stories from his life and from lessons he has learned from others.

Mr Trump told him that he had not stayed overnight in the Moscow hotel and that the claims related to the prostitutes were not true, Mr Comey said.

Bon-Ton will likely close, liquidate all stores
The company has 14 Herberger's stores in Minnesota, including at the Kandi Mall in Willmar, Rosedale and Southdale, and in St. Bon-Ton operates two Younkers stores in Omaha at Oak View and Westroads Malls and one at Gateway Mall in Lincoln.

Before Comey was speaking out about Trump's moral compass, however, he was blamed by some Democrats and political pundits as throwing the election in Trump's favor, when he announced a decision to reopen an FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton's email servers just days before the 2016 presidential election. "This president does not reflect the values of this country". "The threats to the rule of law and the threats most of all to the truth", Comey said.

Referring to what Trump called a premature Clinton exoneration, Comey said that after nine or 10 months he had a "clear picture" of the investigation into Clinton's email practices and it's common to draft statements before a probe is complete. I wondered if maybe others had noticed it or if in thousands of hours of video coverage, he had even laughed. he had spent literally decades in front of video cameras, between his highly choreographed career as a business mogul and his years as a reality television star.

Comey told ABC News that he would make the same decision again.

Comey said his reaction to the news was disbelief. It's unusual that he's going on a book tour to trash the president of the US.

Harley Quinn spinoff movie, starring Margot Robbie, gets director

He said that when Trump asked him privately to drop the investigation of Flynn - an allegation Trump has denied - it was "certainly some evidence of obstruction of justice".

Two years after the election, the two USA political parties remain entrenched in tribalism, with representatives from both halves angry at Comey.

While Comey's criticism of the president, both in interviews and in his book, has been withering, so too has the White House's response. This president is not able to do that.

The White House said Trump watched "bits and pieces" of the Comey interview, but not all of it. We'll fight about all those other things down the road. We'll unpack what his revelations could mean for the Trump presidency.

Clinton's former campaign manager, Robby Mook, echoed a similar tone toward the retired Federal Bureau of Investigation director. But that, as you can imagine, created this drumbeat that the Obama Justice Department, the fix is in because the president has told them what result they should reach, ' he said.
