Galaxy S10 may come with Samsung's own in-display fingerprint sensor

Popular community blog SamMobile has got hold of spec-sheet of the Galaxy J4 and J7 models. However, starting with the Galaxy S10, the fingerprint sensors will be embedded underneath the screen using a technology named "fingerprint on display", or FOD.

Samsung, apparently, completed the development of a new technology, but wants to improve the accuracy of the sensor, according to Android Authority.

The company expected to launch the Galaxy J6 in India on May 25th.

Rumours of Galaxy Note 9 to come with an in-display fingerprint sensor seem to have finally settled on a no so now Galaxy S10 is the new thing in news. The display of the smartphone is 6.3 inches with super AMOLED Infinity display and a resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels.

It all started with the tweet right from Ice University that keeps on revealing such changes in the device that are yet-to-be-revealed.

The second device expected to be launched by Samsung, Galaxy J4, comes with a 5.5-inch (720p display). Samsung loves to meddle with all types of smartphones starting from entry-level affordable devices to high-end products such as the latest Galaxy S9. Now, specifications of a couple of rumored Android phones have surfaced online hinting that the launch is just around the corner.
