Valve To Roll Out New Steam Apps For iOS And Android


Rather than some kind of mundane Steam account verification or servicing function, these apps will allow Steam users enjoy games and movies on-the-go. The Steam Link app includes support for the Steam Controller and Apple-approved controllers.

The app will appear in the week of May 21 and allow people to play games in their Steam library on their Android or iOS devices reports Valve. Further, Valve says that the app will feature support for the Steam Controller, Made for iPhone (MFI) controllers, and more controllers over time.
